Eligibility Requirements: Maine Resident, High school diploma or equivalent. At least 18+ before the start of the training.

INCIDENT SAFETY OFFICER, National Fire Academy Course

This 2-day course examines the Safety Officer’s role at emergency responses. A specific focus on operations within an Incident Command System (ICS) as a Safety Officer is a main theme. Response to all-hazards types of situations will be emphasized. Must have at least 15 participants registered to run. This course is not a Pro Board certified program. No lodging or meals provided.
