Services
You may call or walk-in without an appointment. Once Service is made, we will complete the Proof of Service on your original(s) and mail them back to you or call you to pick them up at the office. If you are not an attorney we recommend that you consult with one, if you have questions.
What we need from you
Please make sure you have all of the following:

An original and a copy of the documents for each person you are serving.

Make sure you have filled out the paperwork completely to include addresses for both you and the defendant, dates and the court information.

We cannot advise you as to what is the best way to handle your particular situation. Rush Fee is $35.00 Deputy will make an attempt with in the first 48 hours after receiving of the paperwork (completion of service is not guaranteed)
