Facilities Management Team plans, designs, constructs, equips, maintains, and operates the buildings, infrastructures, and grounds while providing related services to support York County's mission of a coordinated, cost-effective organization committed to enhancing the quality of life by providing specialized services to aid, protect, and support our residents and visitors.

Consultant Services for Dredging related Engineering Design, Permitting, and Contract Administration for the County of York, Maine

Professional services provider wanted, Dredge industry experience necessary, to assist the County of York Maine with   

the required permitting, identify locations and provide engineering design services for reconstruction of sand dunes and beach renourishment. Communication skills needed to bring together the seven (7) participating communities. 


Additional advisory assistance and engineering for coastal resiliency building efforts. 

Initial contract to cover three (3) years with a potential longer-term relationship to be developed with the awarded proposer.

Sand Dredging for Beach Sand Replenishment and Dune Restoration

Sand dredging expert operator(s) and support crew needed, owner supplied Dredger included (Ellicott Series 670M Dragon® Dredge).


Initial contract to cover an estimated two (2) year period. 


Proposer to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment (other than dredge) and perform all tasks necessary for designated projects. 


Potential longer-term relationship to be developed with the awarded dredge operator.
