Facilities Management Team plans, designs, constructs, equips, maintains, and operates the buildings, infrastructures, and grounds while providing related services to support York County's mission of a coordinated, cost-effective organization committed to enhancing the quality of life by providing specialized services to aid, protect, and support our residents and visitors.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) # YC-2024-9897337

Public Safety Information Management System/CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch)

The County of York Maine along with its affiliated agencies (sixteen police agencies, three Public Safety Answering Points, and four Dispatch centers) seeks proposals for a fully integrated Public Safety Information management software solution. Featuring, Computer Aided Dispatch,  Law Enforcement record management, mobile messaging, field reporting, jail management, and Fire/Rescue and Emergency Services connections.  


Comprehensive list of requirement components found in Appendix B (Excel Workbook with Multiple TABS to be completed by submitting proposer.) 

Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting for all interested parties to be held on JULY 23, 2024 at 10am.
