York County Government is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and all other services necessary to renovate and restore exterior wood elements at the property located at 45 Kennebunk Road, Alfred, Maine.

 

The project is intended to restore deteriorated exterior wood elements (e.g., siding, trim, cupola), address rot and damaged materials, improve durability, and provide a professional finished appearance consistent with the existing building.

 

There are drone videos and photos of all areas of the building that need repair. The videos and photos can be provided upon email request. Please email ycg.procurement@yorkcountymaine.gov and rsderochemont@yorkcountymaine.gov to request photos and videos and they will be shared with you.
