York County Government is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform all operations for preventive maintenance and repair for the HVAC systems at York County. The contract will be for a 3 year period covering 6 facilities with potential for a one-year contract extension; the facilities are as follows;
