HVAC System Upgrade- Courthouse Condenser Units

York County Government is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the replacement and upgrade of 50% of the existing geothermal heat pump equipment at the County facility identified above. We will be replacing 2 of the existing 4 Trane units Model # EXWA24032C.
The project consists of removing existing geothermal heat pump condenser units and furnishing and installing new high-efficiency water-to-water geothermal heat pump equipment. The work includes associated piping, electrical connections, controls integration, condensate connections, equipment startup, commissioning, performance testing, staff training, and related work necessary to provide a complete and operational system.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, tools, permits required of the Contractor, and incidental work necessary to complete the project in accordance with this RFP, manufacturer's requirements, applicable codes, and accepted industry standards.
The completed system shall provide reliable heating and cooling operation, improved energy efficiency, and compatibility with the existing building HVAC infrastructure. All systems must comply with State of Maine energy codes and EPA regulations.

Glock Gen6 MOS Pistols

The York County Sheriff's Office (hereinafter "the Agency") invites qualified, federally licensed firearms distributors and authorized Glock dealers to submit sealed proposals for the purchase of fifty (50) new Glock Generation 6 Modular Optic System (MOS) pistols equipped with Aimpoint COA optics, together with associated magazines and accessories and thirty five thousand (35,000) rounds of 9mm ammunition; the trade-in of thirty (33) Agency-owned Glock 17 Generation 5 (9x19mm) pistols and fifteen (15) Agency-owned Glock 19 Generation 5 (9x19mm) pistols.

Courthouse Restoration
YC-2026-4681392 the RFP will close October 19, 2026 at 3:30 pm EST
York County Government is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and all other services necessary to renovate and restore exterior wood elements at the property located at 45 Kennebunk Road, Alfred, Maine.
The project is intended to restore deteriorated exterior wood elements (e.g., siding, trim, cupola), address rot and damaged materials, improve durability, and provide a professional finished appearance consistent with the existing building.
There are drone videos and photos of all areas of the building that need repair. The videos and photos can be provided upon email request. Please email ycg.procurement@yorkcountymaine.gov and rsderochemont@yorkcountymaine.gov to request photos and videos and they will be shared with you.
