Fueling the Front Line: Nutrition Strategies for First Responders
Dates: April 10, 2026. 1800-2000.
Course Info: Designed with the realities of first responder work in mind. Long and unpredictable shifts, missed meals, overnight schedules, and high-stress can make traditional nutrition advice difficult to follow. Focuses on practical, flexible strategies that frame nutrition as a tool to support energy, focus, recovery, sleep, and long-term health.

First Responder Financial Essentials
Dates: May 8, 2026. 0800-1600.
Course Info: Financial wellness is a critical skill and stress point for first responders as evidenced in multiple research studies. This program aims to equip the recipient with a basic understanding of their own financial position and provide awareness of financial tools and opportunities available to them. Awareness level understanding of public pension systems, financial goal setting and savings and investment opportunities.
Understanding of appropriate financial goal setting, retirement savings opportunities and employer program frameworks so that they may better evaluate their own financial position and find resources to better their situation.
