Emergency Operations Center

The York County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) serves as centralized command and control facility that supports emergency response by coordinating information and resources during disasters and other emergencies. 

The EOC activates for natural disasters, manmade disasters, extended emergency situations, situations where local resources are overwhelmed or depleted, situations that involve multiple jurisdictions and/or agencies, or when a state or local emergency is declared where towns, stakeholders, or residents within York County would benefit from the coordination of information or resources 

The York County EOC has three levels of activation

• Level 1: Monitoring

• Level 2: Partial Activation

• Level 3: Full Activation
